Course Fees / Payment Policy

Cost for Courses

VLCFF courses are 4-6 weeks in duration. For individuals who live in a VLCFF partnering diocese, courses cost $50.00 each. For individuals who live in a non-partnering diocese, courses cost $105.00 each. See partnership information for a list of VLCFF partners.

Cost for Seminars

VLCFF seminars are 3 weeks in duration. For individuals who live in a VLCFF partnering diocese, seminars cost $40.00 each. For individuals who live in a non-partnering diocese, seminars cost $80.00 each. See partnership information for a list of VLCFF partners.

Book Requirements

Some courses require books. To determine if the course you are interested in has a book requirement, go to the "Courses" link on the left side of your screen. Find the course you are interested in among the list of courses provided. Click on the course name, then click the "Click for Course Details" link. This will show you the books you will need if any. Upon registering, you will receive an e-mail message telling you where the books can be purchased.

Payment Policy

The course registration fee is due before the course begins. You may pay by credit card on our secure site or you can send a check or money order.

Course registration fees are due for all courses registered unless the registration is cancelled by midnight on the FRIDAY before the course begins. The registration fee is still your responsibility if you Drop or Do Not Complete the course after this date.

If your school or parish is sending a check, be sure they include your first and last name, and the course code (found in your registration email). You will know that the VLCFF has received payment by checking your account. You will see that there is no longer an 'Unpaid Course Fee' listed.
