I am a "Cradle Catholic", originally from New Orleans, and a product of 12 years of great Catholic schools. I have degrees in Education, Catechetics and Ministry with doctoral studies on Ecumenism and Catechetics in Rome. I have served as a catechetical leader in parishes and schools for over 35 years. In the summer of 2021, I retired from full-time ministry and co-founded a new organization, The Pentecost Vigil Project, a non-profit supporting Pope Francis' call for global Church renewal through Synodality. In March of 2022, our organization was featured in the Vatican's Synod 2023 global newsletter, introducing our 4-week parish program called "Christ Present in the Eucharist". My publishing credits include articles for Today's Parish Minister and Catechetical Leader magazines as well as textbook materials for Wm. H. Sadlier and St. Mary's Press. I recently completed the design for Saint Leo University's Intro to Catechetics course. I am currently working with NCCL and Loyola, New Orleans, on a Lilly grant project that creates parish renewal through Synodality and Conversations in the Spirit. I am single, living in Richmond and sharing my home with a new puppy, Oliver Hill. We just completed our training for his National Therapy Dog certification. Together we hope to share faith and fun at local schools, and our nearby Veterans Hospital.
