My name is Marg and I live in Stratford, Ontario, Canada. I work in the area of organizational and congregational health offering a variety of services across North America including: facilitation, mediation, leadership and conflict coaching, strategic planning, renewal work, and individual and group assessments. I have held many roles over the years: Assistant at L'Arche, Pastoral Animator, Youth Minister in Montreal and Cincinnati, Executive Director for Big Brothers and Sisters and L'Arche, and now founding my own company. I am a vowed Lay Marianist with the Society of Mary in the US and a member of the Avon Thames Family of Parishes. I am married to a wonderful man, Rick, and have two children - Aimee and Jacob. I love every role, personally and professionally, I have carried, and I have a passion to be the best person I can be and to assist others to do the same.
