Course Facilitator Details

Location: PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad and Tobago

I am a priest of the Archdiocese of Port of Spain for the past thirty years. I possess a BSc in Natural Sciences and BA in Theology from the University of the West Indies (UWI), St Augustine Campus, Trinidad & Tobago. I did graduate courses in theology at the Jesuit School of Theology, Berkeley CA in 2006-7. I have been involved in interfaith work throughout my priestly life and am the representative of the Roman Catholic Church on the Inter Religious Organization (IRO) of Trinidad & Tobago. I am also a director of the Catholic Religious Education and Development Institute (CREDI) of the Archdiocese of Port of Spain. I have always been interested in the intersection of Hinduism and Roman Catholicism and have written extensively with particular reference to Mary in our local Catholic paper, Catholic News. I am an ardent supporter of efforts at inculturation.
