I am currently serving as a Lay Ecclesial Minister as the Director of Faith Formation and Youth Ministry in a multicultural parish, St John the Evangelist, in Frederick, Maryland. I received an MA in theology for St Mary’s Seminary and Ecumenical Institute and am a certified catechist in the Archdiocese of Baltimore. I enjoy the creative experiences of designing and implementing faith experiences for our families in the faith formation program. While I am responsible for the youth in our programs, I find great joy in working with adults as well, whether they are catechists, parents, or young adults just starting in ministry. My husband and I are parents to 3 young adults who are in various stages of university and launching their careers. Morning runs, and coffee, are necessary parts of every day!
