Course Facilitator Details

Location: Brantford, ON, Canada

I graduated nursing school in 1977 and worked at the same facility for 38 years. In 2007 I returned to school and completed my BScN. I have worked as a bedside nurse in gynecology, general surgery, gastrointestinal disorders and orthopedics. The last 10 years were spent as a Clinical Informatics Specialist. I retired from there in 2018. My faith and church have always been a central part of my life, becoming a parish nurse was a way I felt I could give back to my faith community, so completed my Ceritificate in Parish Nursing in 2013. I have been the Parish Nurse at St. Mark's Anglican Church since that time. It is a very busy parish and I am very blessed to be there. I have been a facilitator with VLCFF since 2018 and I assist with the Foundations in Parish Nursing Certificate Program.
