Jayne Ragasa Mondoy served as Director of Faith Formation for the Diocese of Honolulu for 18 years. She holds a master’s degree in pastoral leadership from Chaminade University of Honolulu and enjoys assisting others with renewing their passion for evangelization and catechesis, especially through stories of faith and culture . She is the author of "Cultivating Your Catechists: How to Recruit, Encourage and Retain Successful Catechists" (The Effective Catechetical Leader series, Loyola Press and NCCL,) "Planning for Restored Order" (Twenty-Third Publications and continues to write articles and speak at national conferences on issues of catechetical leadership. Jayne has served as vice-principal of Curriculum and Instruction for Saint Louis School (K - 12) in Honolulu, consultant to the USCCB Subcommittee for Asian and Pacific Island Affairs (SCAPA), governing board member for local Catholic and private schools, and treasurer and vice-president for the National Conference for Catechetical Leaders (NCCL).
