My husband Jim and I have been married for 43+ years. We have three grown sons, one daughter in law, and two precious baby granddaughters. Jim and I are Benedictine Oblates of St. Meinrad Archabbey in Indiana and parishioners at Holy Spirit Parish in a northern suburb of St. Louis, MO. For the past 40+ years, I've volunteered in various ministries: parish music ministry, Cursillo, Confirmation prep, RCIA, small faith groups, retreat presenter, and as a Parish Nurse. I am a former member of the Region 4 Service Team for the National Cursillos in Christianity and an advisor to the international Cursillo Service Team. I have attended an ACTS retreat at my parish. I am the Associate Mission Officer at the Provincial headquarters of the Congregation of the Mission Western Province (the Vincentians). I am also a Registered Nurse. My hobbies include sewing, knitting, crocheting, and quilting. I also enjoy playing the guitar, piano, and mountain dulcimer. After completing the VLCFF program to become a certified catechist, I earned my Master of Pastoral Studies degree from Loyola University New Orleans.
