I am a Certified Lay Ecclesial Minister in the Diocese of Cleveland and serve as a Pastoral Associate at St. Mary Parish in Hudson, Ohio. I earned a Masters of Science in Church Management from the School of Business at Villanova University. St. Mary's is a large and vibrant parish between Cleveland and Akron. I am directly responsible for administration/strategic planning/staff development, adult faith formation/small group ministry, OCIA, and I work with people on annulments and marriage convalidations. I also served our Diocesan catechetical office helping elementary school teachers earn their religion certification. I am also trained as a Gallup CliftonStrengths coach and love to share the vision of leaders in ministry maximizing their strengths to achieve success and help further the Kingdom of God in their parish. I am married to Stacie, who is an elementary school teacher. I enjoy the appreciation of culture: reading, history, art, museums, etc. I also enjoy learning new skills of how to repair, replace to enhance things in our home and yard. My favorite Catholic areas of study are Scripture, Church History & Canon Law.
