Course Structure and Highlights
- Week 1: Define justice in a faith-based, scriptural context
- Define justice in a faith-based, biblical context.
- Week 2: Justice in God’s Plan of Salvation
- Describe how Justice is an integral element of God’s Plan of Salvation revealed through the scriptures.
- Week 3: Justice in the New Testament
- Students are able to explain the application and impact of justice in the Old Testament
- Week 4: Justice in the New Testament
- Students are able to describe the impact of mercy and compassion on the concept of justice in the New Testament through Jesus’ ministry.
- Week 5: Contemporary Biblical Application
- Students are able to utilize Catholic Church Teaching supported by scripture as a necessary part of determining how to act with justice.
