Es una introducción a los principios que modeló Jesucristo durante su vida pública: oración, humildad, y servicio. Estos elementos distinguen al liderazgo Cristiano y lo encaminan al descubrimiento de un propósito supremo.
This course is for adolescents and young adults seeking to become leaders in their own communities. It is an introduction to the principles modeled by Jesus Christ during this public life: prayer, humility, and service. These elements distinguish Christian leaders and leads them to discover a higher purpose for their work.

Objetivos Generales del Curso
- Entender el concepto del llamado como el punto de partida para el liderazgo cristiano
- Explicar cuáles son las tentaciones que encara el líder cristiano y como afecta su identidad y misión
- Entender y aplicar los elementos modelados por Cristo como respuesta a las tentaciones que asechan al líder Cristiano, y así convertirse en una autentico canal de la voluntad de Dios
- Identificar los elementos del liderazgo Cristiano en las personas, reflexionando en el ejemplo de grandes figuras en nuestra iglesia
- Understand the concept of “being called” as the starting point for the Christian leader
- Explain which are the temptations that Cristian leaders face and how these affect their identity and mission
- Understand and apply the elements modeled by Christ as an answer to the temptations experienced by Christian leaders, and thus become an authentic channel of God’s divine will
- Identify the elements of Christian leadership in others; reflecting on the example of great role models in our Church

- Semana 1: El Llamado al Liderazgo Cristiano / The Call to Christian Leadership
- Introducir el concepto del llamado al liderazgo cristiano
- Identificar, a la luz del ejemplo de Jesús, cuales son los tres movimientos que el líder cristiano debe realizar
- Introduce the concept of being called to Christian leadership
- Identify, by looking at Jesus’ example, the three movements that a Christian leader has to undertake
- Semana 2: No Solo de Pan Vive el Hombre / One Does Not Live by Bread Alone
- Entender la importancia de la oración en la vida del líder cristiano
- Entender que significa la oración y como hacerla parte de la vida diaria
- Understand the importance of prayer in the life of the Christian leader
- Understand what prayer is and how to make it part of one’s own life
- Semana 3: No pongas a prueba a Dios / Do not put the Lord to the Test
- Reflexionar sobre las tentaciones generales y personales que experimentan los líderes
- Identificar las cualidades de la vida de Jesús que nos permiten sobrepasar estas tentaciones
- Descubrir y desarrollar hábitos saludables de autoevaluación y cuidado personal que son claves para el liderazgo cristiano
- Reflect on the general and personal temptations experienced by leaders
- Identify the qualities found in the life of Jesus that allow us to overcome these temptations
- Discover and develop healthy habits of self-reflection and personal care that are key for Christian leadership
